82% of managers who enter management positions have had no formal training, which means they rely largely on their own experiences of being managed to undertake their management responsibilities. In addition to this, many senior leaders have not had training in organisational development and change management approaches that support building high performing teams.
Our Organisational Development and Leadership course is designed to support managers and senior leaders to grow and develop their management and leadership skills so they can empower their employees and build high-performing teams.

Our bespoke OD performance development framework, The 5 x 5 Model®, uses a systemic approach to building high-performing teams. All trainees will be trained to establish the five essential team functions in the organisation. The five essential team functions include:

What are the costs?
The cost for the programme will be agreed up front as part of the initial process to set out requirements.
Payment will be made in advance of each phase of work contained within the schedule of works and an associated payment schedule. These payments will cover 80% with a final balancing patent upon satisfactory completion of the programme.
